Halle Berry called the police twice after spotting intruders on his property this weekend.
Three police cars and a helicopter were sent to the home of actress Monster Ball "east of Los Angeles last night (10.07.11), but when they arrived the intruder had disappeared.
This was the second event of the Hall property at the weekend, on Saturday (09.07.11) emergency services were called after an unknown person climbed the wall and was spotted on her front lawn. Halle security team and others ran outside, but the intruder cut the wall and disappeared.
It is unclear whether Nahla Halle three year old daughter - with her ex-partner, Gabriel Aubry - was in the house at the time.
Initial reports suggested that the photographer was trying to get paparazzi love the image.
But a source told the E! News: "There's no way it was the paparazzi.
